2. ONMOVING 해외배송 신청

배송신청 → 해외배송 → 직접 물류센터로 보내주세요를 선택한 후 배송 신청서를 작성해 주세요.

3. 신청번호 전달

신청 완료 후 발급된 ONMOVING 신청번호를진달래의꿈 주문 메모, 이메일 또는 카카오채널을 통해 알려주세요.

신청번호 확인 후 상품 발송을 준비합니다.

4. ONMOVING 물류센터로 상품 발송

진달래의꿈에서 주문하신 상품을 안전하게 포장하여 ONMOVING 물류센터로 발송해 드립니다.

5. 해외배송비 산정

상품이 ONMOVING 물류센터에 입고되면 실제 무게와 부피를 측정한 후 최종 해외배송비가 산정됩니다.

무게와 부피에 따른 배송요금은 ONMOVING 홈페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

※ 도자기는 상품의 종류와 수량에 따라 필요한 포장재와 포장 크기가 달라지므로, 실제 포장 후의 무게와 부피도 주문마다 달라질 수 있습니다.

6. 해외배송비 결제

배송비가 확정되면 ONMOVING 홈페이지의My Page → 결제대기에서 해외배송비를 직접 결제해 주세요.

해외카드 결제가 가능합니다.

배송비 결제가 완료되면 해외배송이 진행됩니다.

• 해외배송비는 상품의 실제 무게와 부피를 기준으로 산정됩니다.

Order & Shipping Process

1. Place Your Order on the Jindalledream International Store

Please select your items and complete your order and payment through the Jindalledream international online store.

2. Apply for International Shipping through ONMOVING

Click SHIPPING in the top menu of our website to access the ONMOVING website.

Go to Shipping Application → International Shipping → Send Directly to the Logistics Center, and complete the shipping application form.

3. Send Us Your Application Number

Once your application is complete, ONMOVING will issue an Application Number.

Please send this number to Jindalledream through your order memo, email, or Kakao Channel.

We will prepare your order for shipment after confirming your application number.

4. Shipment to the ONMOVING Logistics Center

Jindalledream will carefully pack your order and send it to the ONMOVING Logistics Center.

5. International Shipping Fee Calculation

Once your package arrives at the ONMOVING Logistics Center, its actual weight and volume will be measured to determine the final international shipping fee.

Shipping rates based on weight and volume can be checked on the ONMOVING website.

※ As our products are ceramic items, the amount of protective packaging required varies depending on the type and quantity of items ordered. Therefore, the final package size, weight, and volume may vary for each order.

6. Pay the International Shipping Fee

Once the shipping fee has been confirmed, please make the payment directly through the ONMOVING website under My Page → Pending Payment.

International credit cards are accepted.

International shipping will begin after the shipping fee has been paid.
